RETURNS: STORE CREDIT
With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. All masks are final sale.
If there is an issue with the size of a made to order ring please email email@example.com with the subject "sizing" and order number and we can arrange to resize your ring.
Shipping cost will be the customers responsibility and a $10 ring resize charge, so please be sure to select the right ring size when making a purchase in order to avoid additional cost. We offer exchanges to unworn merchandise if contacted 5 days after your shipment shows “delivered” on the tracking link.
For any exchange, the customer is fully responsible for the shipping cost both ways. Zodiacaa is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
