Not happy with your jewelry? Contact us within 7 days from receiving your order so we can help with your request to return or exchange it. With limited exceptions, jewelry returns are refunded back to the original form of payment once the item has been received back. All apparel and made to order items are available for exchange only or store credit.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost back to Zodiacaa.
If there is an issue with the size of a made to order customized ring please email email@example.com with the subject "sizing" and order number and we can arrange to resize your ring with an additional cost.
Zodiacaa is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
