WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
ZODIACAA accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
All items are packaged in a signature black and gold ZODIACAA box and pouch.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do ship internationally. International orders are shipped using priority mail which can take 10-13 days via USPS. (Excludes processing time to make a made to order ring) We also offer UPS and DHL. Priority mail cannot be tracked once it reaches the country destination. The only information that can be given is customs information and when it has been delivered. If you would prefer tracking and want your package quicker please select “Express mail” during checkout it is an additional charge than priority mail and can fully be tracked.
Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Zodiacaa is not responsible for any taxes duties the custom office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because orders are processed as quickly as possible to begin production. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change your ring order please email us within 24 hours and we will make every attempt to honor your request but please be sure of your choice when purchasing our made to order rings at the time of purchase to avoid issues canceling.
An exchange can be made for any other product in our store if you receive your ring and change your mind about keeping it. (Return shipping paid by customer for exchange)
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received the email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update it can be sooner. Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To ask for a return, please email us at email@example.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

MAN XX rings, unisex rings, Women's reversible and midi rings. Because these items are made to order and not in stock we can only accept exchanges no returns are issued. We guarantee our rings to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept a ring for exchange only within 7 days of order received. Rings are photographed before leaving our store to ensure a defective item won't be mailed out. If you no longer want your ring you have 7 days from the date of the order received to make an exchange or receive store credit only for you future purchase.
If there is an issue with the size of your ring please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "sizing" and order number and we can arrange to re size your ring. Shipping cost both ways will be the customers responsibility so please be sure to select the right size when making your order to avoid additional cost.

We gladly accept PayPal as a form of payment. PayPal assures additional safety for your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. PayPal takes the payment from your card, PayPal Balance or PayPal Credit directly. Your payment details will not be shared with ZODIACAA. If you are experiencing trouble checking out using PayPal as your payment method, please reach out to PayPal directly at 1‑888‑221‑1161 for assistance.
If you would like to buy a Zodiacaa ring made from Handcrafted from 14-karat solid gold or white gold we can create it for you. At Zodiacaa we believe in honest luxury. Your bespoke jewelry will be made in the US using the finest Fairtrade metals and gemstones from responsible sources. People are very important to us, from the miner of the gold to the recipient of the jewellery. Our personal touch ensures full traceability on our materials and the highest of standards of design for your unique piece Zodiacaa piece.
