Not happy with your jewelry? With limited exceptions, jewelry returns are refunded back to the original form of payment once the item has been received back. All apparel and made to order items are available for exchange only or store credit.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost back to Zodiacaa. All masks are final sale for sanitary reasons.
If there is an issue with the size of a made to order customized ring please email email@example.com with the subject "sizing" and order number and we can arrange to resize your ring with an additional cost.
Zodiacaa is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

ZODIACAA accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do ship internationally. Your order may be required for you to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Zodiacaa is not responsible for any customs fees or tax duties the custom office may charge you if payment is necessary to release your order from customs.
Please check your local customs office for more information as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
For shipping to countries in West Africa please be aware that we are not responsible for lost packages. Once we ship the package and it is delivered to your country it will be your responsibility to pick up your order. Please be aware for extra delays when shipping to west Africa. Please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.
Please track and keep updated with your package, also only enter a shipping address if you're sure a package can be delivered safely as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
If you want to track your package to its final destination you have to select the EXPRESS MAIL option. No other shipping option will allow you track your package. The PRIORITY MAIL option only provides customs information that lets you know when your package has gone through customs in your country. So please select wisely because we are not responsible for a los package outside of the United States.
Zodiacaa is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages, once we have shipped and confirmed its arrival into the country the post office is responsible for the delivery. It is up to the customer so get in contact with their local post office to locate their package.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update it can be sooner. Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We guarantee our made to order jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange only. If there is an issue with size of rings please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "sizing" and order number and we can arrange to re size your ring. Shipping cost will be the customers responsibility so please be sure to select the right size when making a ring purchase in order to avoid additional cost. We offer exchanges to unworn merchandise if contacted 7 days after your shipment shows “delivered” on the tracking link. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping rate. Original shipping fee will not be refunded.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because orders are processed as quickly as possible to begin production. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change your order please email us within 24 hours and we will make every attempt to honor your request but please be sure of your choice at the time of purchase to avoid issues.
Please be sure to know your ring size before ordering a ring. The rings are true to its size. If you request size 7 for example it will be exactly a 7. We have control over the correctness of the size because it is made to order. Please refer to our size chart for help in knowing your size.
We also recommend getting your ring sized at a store to be sure.

We gladly accept PayPal as a form of payment. PayPal assures additional safety for your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. If you would like to buy a Zodiacaa ring made from Handcrafted from 14-karat solid gold or white gold we can design it for you. If you would like to add diamonds onto your zodiac ring we can show you samples and discuss how to create yours. At Zodiacaa we believe in honest luxury. Please make sure that the shipping address you are providing when the order is placed is correct.
If the provided address is wrong we have to wait until the item is returned to us before we can ship it again to the right address. We will need to charge shipping rate before we can post the order again.
If your item was not received but it was marked “delivered” it is most probably misplaced. Please check with the local post office your package may be at your local customs office please contact them, they may be able to locate it for you.
We apologize if your package is delayed or lost in transit however we will only provide a refund when the package is returned to us by the post office which can take several weeks. Please try to be patient during that time, as soon as we receive it you will get a refund for the order minus the shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost packages. To avoid this mishap please once again make sure your address is correct and that you receive packages there successfully. We thank you for your order.
