Order Delivery:
It’s a busy time for online orders, and whilst this does mean that you may experience some slight delays, rest assured that we’ll be maintaining the strict health & hygiene standards we’ve put into place. We’re doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered within the U.S. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
Alternatively, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund from us (if your card has already been charged) if the product is out of stock/unavailable after a purchase has been made.

* We offer exchange for the products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its original labels, tags and invoice.
* Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Steps for requesting an Exchange:
* For requesting an exchange Please write to us at within 5 Days of receiving a package. For swift resolution your email should clearly mention Order number, Product name or style no. for which exchange is requested along with the reason.
* We will review the request and respond within 2 working days or 48 working hours.
* Once your request for exchange is approved, we will arrange a return label if we accept fault on a damaged good, if the exchange is because you changed your mind you will have to cover the shipping cost.

All our products undergo Quality checking. In an unlikely event of receiving a damaged product please write to us at within 5 days of receiving along with order details and pictures of the product. We offer 100% replacement or money back guarantee.

* We offer 100% customer satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with received product and want refund. Please email us within 5 Days of delivery (For swift resolution email should clearly mention Order number, Product for which return or refund is requested along with the reason).

The return package should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
